Since 2012, Joseph has been building his career at Smith Industries. After attending Midland College and some time at Colorado River Municipal Water, he made the move and hasn’t looked back. He has fourteen years of experience in welding/fabrication, five years in quality control and four in quality management systems (QMS). Joseph is certified in AWS-CWI, ASNT ACCP-Level II and API Spec Q1 9th Ed.- Practitioner. When he’s not at work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
