Nelly graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in accounting and a minor in Spanish after having the opportunity to study abroad in Seville, Spain. She has been in the oil and gas industry since 2012 and joined Smith Industries in 2020 as a Controller before becoming the VP of Finance in 2021. When she’s not working, Nelly manages to stay busy with her husband and twin boys.
