Joe joined the team in 2022 because Smith Industries shares the same core values; Respect, Honesty and Integrity.  Joe brings more than 10 years of Utility Industry experience to the company and also has 7 years in Residential Construction experience.  Before joining Smith Industries, Joe held various Managerial/Specialist positions and has led a variety of projects all over the Texas area.  He holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.  Joe loves to give back to the community by volunteering at various community events and serving wherever needed.  Joe is the proud father of a daughter and in his spare time, loves to spend time with family, golf and travel.
