Lester’s background in the oil & gas industry runs deep, starting his career with bottom pumping wells for Concho Resources eventually moving into sales. He has been with Smith Industries since 2017, starting as a transportation manager, and now also managing the mechanic shop. When not working, Lester enjoys his family time with his wife and two children.
